Virginia

Currently, the only legal sportsbooks in the state are the ones located at the three tribal casinos. However, some local ND residents are able to bet on international sportsbooks via offshore sites. These offshore sites are not governed by US gambling laws.

Missouri

The legality of sports betting in Missouri is an ongoing debate. Several lawmakers have pre-filed bills that would allow sports betting. Among the issues that separate these bills are the tax rates, application fees, and the amount of royalties.

Oregon’s state-run lottery offers a mobile app for sports betting. Players can make bets using the Scoreboard app. They can also register for the DraftKings Sportsbook.

However, this does not include wagers on college sports. College sports betting is still illegal. But many sports fans like to watch collegiate football games. Currently, there are several sports betting apps that cater to collegiate fans.

Ohio
